WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

LifesMiracle uses such information only for legal purposes, and for providing products and services to you.

Personal contact information
LifesMiracle collects personal information such as your name, mailing address, email, and telephone numbers entered on LifesMiracle websites or provided directly to LifesMiracle. In some cases, this could include information you give us about someone else (i.e., you ask us to ship a LifesMiracle product to a friend). We typically collect personal contact information during registration activities, product orders, customer service, and customer feedback.

Payment information
This includes any information you use to make a purchase, such as your credit card details (cardholder name, card number, expiry date, etc.), or other forms of payment. This includes the billing name and address associated with your form of payment. If you create an account with us, your payment information (along with your order history and other related preferences) are stored under your account. To review or edit this information, go to the “Back Office” section of your website or contact Customer Service.

Credit card numbers, Social Security Numbers, and passwords are “starred out” after entry, so that no employees of LifesMiracle, or anyone else, has access to them after they are entered

Customer feedback
This includes information that you voluntarily share with us about your experience in using our products and services, including our websites. Examples include unsolicited comments and suggestions, testimonials, or other feedback about what you may have liked (or disliked) about our products or services.

Customer-generated content
This refers to any content you create and share with us by uploading it to one of our websites, including one of our Facebook pages, other social media pages. This includes photos, videos, personal stories, or other similar media or content.

Wellness Information
In order for us to help you build your personalized nutrition recommendations, you are sometimes asked to provide us with some information about your health and wellness, including but not limited to, your short-term and long-term health goals, your diet, your lifestyle, your views about health/wellness, and medical conditions that you have experienced or that exist in your family.

This information is NEVER sold or disclosed to others.

LifesMiracle websites and applications
We may collect information from you through one of our websites or applications. This could include (a) LifesMiracle.com, or another domain that redirects you to LifesMiracle.com), or (b) or a social media site such as Facebook, or (c) we may collect information from your email correspondence.

HOW DO WE USE YOUR INFORMATION?

The following describes the various purposes and for which we might collect and use your information, and the different types of information that might be collected. However, not all of the uses listed below may be relevant to you.

Order fulfillment
We may collect and use your information to process and ship your orders, and to inform you about the status of your orders. This could also involve the ongoing storage of your payment information to allow for easier checkout on future purchases.

Account maintenance

Provide Member and Distributor services
We may collect and use your information to provide you Member and Distributor service, including responses to your inquiries. This typically requires the collection and use of certain personal contact information (such as your name or email address) and information regarding the reason for your inquiry (e.g., order status, technical issue, product question, general question, etc.). This may also include: creating and managing your account, processing LifesMiracle applications, developing downline genealogy reports, or personalizing product recommendations.

Website personalization and convenience
We may collect and use your information to personalize your experience and save you time when you visit our websites. This is typically done through the use of automated technologies (such as cookies) that collect and remember certain account login information, technical information, and/or previous website usage information.

Marketing communications
We may collect and use your information to send you marketing communications, such as mailings or emails to inform you about new products, events, special discounts, and other news and special offers.

Sending you these communications mostly requires the collection and use of certain personal contact information such as zip code).

You can always opt out from receiving marketing emails by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in each such communication. If you have an online account with us, you have the option to change your preferences under the “Back Office” section of your site or by calling Customer Service. Please note that even if you opt out from receiving marketing communications, you may still receive other communications from us, such as order confirmations, notifications about account activities (e.g., account confirmations, password changes, website etc.), and other important announcements (e.g., product recalls, privacy policy changes, etc.).

Other general purposes (e.g., website security, internal research)
We may collect and use your information for other general business purposes, such as to comply with applicable laws and regulatory requirements, to enforce our Terms and Conditions, to maintain the day-to-day operation and security of our websites and applications, and to conduct internal marketing and demographic studies. LifesMiracle Independent Distributors
Commissions on purchases of LifesMiracle products are credited to a LifesMiracle Independent Distributor, who is there to provide information and/or guidance in taking advantage of the benefits of membership in LifesMiracle.

If you are a LifesMiracle Independent Distributor, we may disclose certain personal information such as your contact information to customers seeking a LifesMiracle Independent Distributor or to other LifesMiracle Independent Distributors such as your upline Business Leader.

LifesMiracle Members
If you are a LifesMiracle Member, we may disclose certain personal information such as your contact information to your sponsor or Business Leader of record.

Business transfer
The consent customers have provided herein to the use of their personal information by LifesMiracle or its affiliates shall also extend to any person or corporation to which LifesMiracle may transfer its business, or in the event of a merger, sale, or assignment of all or a portion of our assets or stock. We will require any such successor business entity to honor the terms of this Privacy Policy.

Disclosures under special circumstances
We may provide information about you to respond to subpoenas, court orders, legal process or governmental regulations, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims. In such circumstances, we will take appropriate measures to ensure that the requester understands the sensitive nature of the personal information that they may receive.

HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION?
We use a variety of standard methods to keep customer information confidential and secure. Please note, however, that these protections do not apply to any information you choose to share in public areas such as our website community features or other social areas.

SECURE OPERATING ENVIRONMENTS
The security of your data is very important to LifesMiracle. We have implemented appropriate security measures preventing your information from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorized way, altered or disclosed.

We only allow our authorized employees to access on a need-to-know basis. However, you should know that no company including LifesMiracle, can fully eliminate security risks associated with personal information. While LifesMiracle has endeavored to create a secure and reliable website for users, the confidentiality of any communication or material transmitted to/from the Website or via email cannot be guaranteed.

ENCRYPTION FOR PAYMENT INFO
We use industry-standard encryption to provide greater protection for sensitive financial information, such as your credit card information or other payment information, when such information is sent to us over the web. For example, encryption is used when you make payments through our online store, as well as if you choose to have your payment information stored with us for future online purchases.

Measures you can take
It’s also important that you play a role in keeping your information safe. When signing up for an online account, please be sure to choose an account password that is hard for others to guess, and never reveal it to anyone else. If you use a shared or public computer, never choose to have your login ID or password remembered, and make sure to log out of your account every time you leave the computer.

YOUR CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS – CALIFORNIA CONSUMER PRIVACY ACT (“CCPA”)
If you are a California resident and the processing of personal information about you is subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA“), you have the following rights with respect to that information.

  • The right to know what personal information we have collected during the preceding 12 months.
  • The right to request that we delete any personal information we have collected about you.

When you exercise these rights and submit a request to us, we must be able to verify your identity to a reasonable degree of certainty.  We will ask you to provide your contact information and an additional identifier based on your relationship with us.  Before we process your request, we will match that information with information that we currently maintain to verify your identity and your relationship with us.

We will not sell your personal information.

We do not collect information from children
We do not solicit or collect any type of information from a person known to be under the age of 13. If we discover that we have accidentally collected information from a child, we will remove that information from our records as soon as possible, (or obtain the necessary parental permission to retain it).

Minors under 18 years of age may have personal information that they have provided to LifesMiracle through the Websites deleted by sending an email to [email protected] requesting deletion.  Please note that, while we make reasonable efforts to comply with such requests, deletion of your personal information does not ensure complete and comprehensive removal of that data from all systems.

PUBLIC FORUMS
LifesMiracle may make public forums, such as chat rooms, message boards, Twitter®, or Facebook (“Public Forums”), available to you. LifesMiracle asks that you use appropriate caution in disclosing personal information in Public Forums since information disclosed in these areas becomes public information. The privacy provisions herein shall not apply to any personal information submitted via any of the Public Forums.

OPTING OUT OF EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS
If you prefer not to receive email messages from LifesMiracle about new products, promotions or events, you may opt out at any time by following the “unsubscribe” instructions in such email or text message you received.

You will be able to review, modify, update, or remove certain information in your “Back Office” or by contacting customer service, however, please allow 10 days to complete. We will endeavor to comply with your request as soon as reasonably possible. However, we may need to retain certain information for record-keeping purposes.

LifesMiracle reserves the right to make changes to this Policy. In the event we make a material change to this Policy, it will be posted here.
